It was wet. It was gray. Large clouds loomed above. The sky threatened to open up and start pouring. Perfect day for a shoot, wouldn’t you say?
I was invited to a group shoot on Sunday. My email went down on Friday. So I was wondering if the shoot was still going to happen, especially since the weather was less than ideal. And again, I have to thank Twitter and Sheila Hannus for letting me know that the shoot location had been moved! Because my email was broken all weekend (it’s working now!), I had no idea that the shoot had been moved due to weather. Good thing I checked my phone!
Obstacles aside, I had a great time meeting up with a group of local photographers to shoot Tamra and Tyler’s Day After session, along with their cute doggie, Sophie. Thanks so much to Amy Karp for setting it up!
We actually attracted quite a bit of attention and curiosity from passersby. We’re obviously the paparazzi! How else do you explain fifteen photographers shooting one couple?
We explained that this was a Day After Session for the recently married couple.
How cute is their dog, Sophie?! Adorable. Simply. Adorable.
I like to call this next one, my accidental off-camera flash shot. I had really good timing with setting off my shutter with someone next to me. I caught some of their flash!
Tamra was super fun and a delight to work with. How cute is she?
Thanks Tamra & Tyler for letting us all shoot you! Thanks Tamra for being up for about anything and Tyler for sacrificing Sunday football! Thanks again to Amy Karp for getting this together.
