Monthly Archives: March 2010 Today my parents celebrate 31 years of marriage! Thirty-one. I’m so proud of them! They are an amazing example of marriage and partnership. Now that we’re not dating anymore, but married, it can sometimes be a challenge to think of something to do for our date night that goes beyond “dinner and a movie”. But let me just say that we love movies and we love eating, so it suits us quite well. However, it’s fun to mix… They met in medical school. But it was not love at first sight. In fact, Lynn and Jon ran in circles that intersected every now and then, but never in perfect parallel. She thought he was a partier. He thought she was a bit snobby. Lynn would host dinner parties (she loves to entertain guests)… Ever since we moved into our house, I’ve been wanting a dining room table. To sit at. To eat at.
