Last week I had the awesome opportunity to shoot for fun, thanks to Lawrence Chan of Tofurious who generously offered his space at Hotel Zaza following his Strategic Online Marketing Workshop. Dallas was the last stop of his cross country tour, and was celebrated with an informal photo session. Jason and Andrew of Table4 Weddings, also known as THE Southern Ninja Wedding Photographers were awesome in laying down their knowledge and understanding of off-camera lighting. While I primarily shoot in natural light, I was up for the challenge of learning to manipulate flash units for a more dramatic effect.
Since this was a last minute, informal fun shoot, my new Dallas friend and wedding planner, Deanie of Deanie Michelle Events and her friend, Karlee, volunteered to model for us. Plus it gave them a fun chance to wear their wedding gowns again. Deanie and Karlee are both newlyweds like me! Thanks ladies!
