Monthly Archives: October 2009 Growing up, the best part about Halloween was the candy. I remember sifting through our Halloween bags looking for the good stuff. Mini-sized candy bars, mainly. We’d sort our candy into the “Keep” bucket and the “Give Away” bucket, and my mom would take the other candy to work. Because honestly, there are only so…  Yay! We have our wedding photos once again. First, we thought our photos were lost by the US Postal Service. Then, we went to visit my in-laws in Savannah, and we forgot the disc on their desk. Thankfully, Cent’s brother, Courtney sent them back to us. So yay! They are back in possession AND it’s… You know what’s exciting? We’re this close to getting our house! You know what’s annoying? All this rain we’ve been having in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. It’s been slowing down the process of closing. There are so many ups and downs that you go through when buying your first house. The excitement of house hunting…. If you follow me on Twitter, Facebook, or good ol’ blog, you may have noticed that I’m doing something totally out of character. I’m RUNNING. Like walking really fast, to the point where it no longer qualifies as speed walking. Yes, running. My sister is right, we were not built for running. We were blessed…  We shot the engagement session of Jenna and Nathan at Trinity Park in Fort Worth until the rain decided to come down. Well, more like dump down. Thank God for waterproof bags! Jenna’s mom was super nice to trek across the open field to bring us an umbrella. We hurriedly ran back to the cars….
