Happy Mother’s Day!

She’s an over-achiever. She never stops encouraging. She always drives for success. She’s a multi-tasker. She’s opinionated. She’s witty and delivers well executed jokes. She’s the best storyteller. She’s a maternity nurse. She’s almost done with her Master’s Degree in Nursing Education. She’s the best cook. She’s a great teacher. She’s been a wife for thirty years and a mother for twenty-six. She’s my mom, and she’s AWESOME!

Thanks Mom for all that you’ve taught me over the years. I know I take after you in a lot of ways and people always say we look alike and sound alike. I consider that a good thing. I hope I can be at least half as cool as you. I love you Mom!
